Change of ownership!

The previous owners of unfortunately could not carry on running the business, and the company has now changed hands. Although we are still offering a free home collection service, buying used clothes for cash at the rate of 50p a kilo, there are some changes to our service.


  1. Our contact details have changed!
    Find out how to get in touch by visiting our 'Support' page. We are available by phone or email, Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600.
  2. Our Terms and Conditions have changed!
    You can read our Terms and Conditions in full on our website. Please familiarise yourself with them before ordering a bag.
  3. Our purchase criteria have changed!
    We can ONLY accept clothing in good condition, with no signs of damage or heavy wear. Please do not send any clothes, footwear or accessories that are dirty, damaged or otherwise not in good, clean condition, as we cannot pay for them. You can find out more in our 'What we buy' section.
  4. Our payment methods have changed!
    We still offer a variety of great, convenient ways to receive your cash for clothes. There are some differences, however, between our payment options and those offered by the previous owners. Find out more by visiting our 'Payment choices' page.
  5. We now offer a customer account!
    When you order a bag, we will automatically set up a user account for you. You can track the status of your delivery, view details about your orders and edit your details online using this feature.
  6. Our collection bags have changed!
    We are now using durable, heavy duty plastic collection bags. You can order one of these using the pink form on our site, but please do not return your clothing in a bag ordered from before 2014.


The new owners have taken over the website only. We have not inherited any of the previous owners' stock, data or debts. If you returned a collection bag to before 2014, we cannot offer payment for its contents and we have no record of your order. We realise that some of the previous owners' customers may find this disappointing, and we apologise for any inconvenience. is starting afresh, and we look forward to providing an improved service in the coming years.
